Tai Chi & a Fufi Hip Line

If you think life slows down after you retire...THINK AGAIN!

These are the ladies I hang out with in the morning. 7:30 (when i can drag myself up) we start Tai Chi. Then I teach them a bit of belly dance. Only one (teacher on far right) speaks English, so it's a riot when I get my direction mixed up in Cantonese. LoL! In April I hope to join them in a Chinese dance class. Hope I don't scare the teacher.

HKCT ANNUAL DINNER

 Out with the OLD YEAR & In with the NEW! Going on my 11th year with the organization. HKCT's annual Dinner was a Raqing success. As the organization continues to grow, good things are expected in the near future. I'm here with teachers & owners of Rendezvous Arts Center & Sanny of HKCT.

One of the alumni composed a school song & it's really beautiful. Sorry, I can't find it on You Tube yet. Will post it when I do! Another gentleman performed on Flute with a guitar accompaniment. The food was quite tasty too...(gone before a picture could be taken).
